Reporting to the Director of Retail Execution, your focus will be on driving Same Store Sales growth through hands-on leadership and operational collaboration. The role includes about four days of travel per week to support unit operations and one day for critical planning and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits to engage with operators
• Activate marketing promotions and growth initiatives
• Uphold retail standards across sectors
• Identify and implement best practices organization-wide
• Develop accountability through coaching unit operators

Requirements:
• 5+ years in hospitality, foodservice, or retail
• Proven sales growth leadership skills
• Robust analytical abilities for insight generation
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Flexibility to travel extensively within assigned regions
