Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for the planned availability of equipment in office. With at least 10 years in underground maintenance, you will ensure the execution of highly effective proactive and preventive maintenance strategies. You are expected to maintain a culture of safety and quality while improving equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equipment availability aligned with production goals
• Facilitate collaboration between Operations and Maintenance




• Champion proactive and preventive maintenance efforts
• Conduct investigations into recurring equipment failures
• Oversee procurement and inventory management processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position
• 10 years of underground maintenance experience
• Mechanical Engineering/Technology degree or certification preferred
• Proficient technical knowledge and mechanical skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
