As a Clinical Nurse Advisor for Home IV Therapy, you'll join Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. This full-time role offers flexible schedule, enabling high-quality patient care in Peterborough and its surroundings.

The position involves caring for chronically and critically ill patients, focusing on parenteral nutrition and therapeutic IV treatments. You'll work three long days from 7:30am to 8:30pm, ensuring effective patient management and safe discharge practices while collaborating with NHS healthcare teams for optimal care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IV therapy and nutritional support in home settings
• Connect and disconnect patients’ feeding systems
• Liaise for safe discharges of nutrition patients
• Manage ongoing support for patients and caregivers
• Comply with the NMC Code of Conduct

Requirements:
• Registered with the NMC as a nurse
• Familiarity with home health care preferred
• Strong patient-focused communication skills
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team
• Dedication to high standard nursing practices
