Applyandinputappropriatehours,materialcosts,andpurchasecoststoproduceaccuratecostmodels.
PrepareformalquotesandproposalsforsubmissiontotheSalesDepartmentandCustomers.
Interactwithinternaldepartmentstoestablishcostmodelsbasedonactualdata.
Workwithoutsidesupplierbasetoobtainquotes/pricingonproductstoassurepricingaccuracy.
Otherdutiesasrequired.
Skills&Experience;: KnowledgeofGauges,CheckingFixtures,AutomatedDataCollectionFixtures,Work-HoldingFixtures,EndofArmTooling,andgeneralPart-HoldingSpecialtyTooling.

GD&TandgeneralfixtureconceptssuchasAttributeChecks;,Simulations,MasterParts,andSPC.
DirectexperiencewithMechanicalDesign,MachiningProcesses,Metrology,andFixtureBuild,anasset.
Understandingofqualitysystems(ISO),5S,andLeanManufacturingprinciples
Requirements: Thoroughnessandattentiontodetail.
Excellentverbalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandadheretodeadlinesandschedules.
