Thurber Engineering is searching for a Geotechnical Engineer who can contribute to multidisciplinary projects focused on building construction, land development, and more. This position encompasses project management, technical leadership, and fostering client relationships. You will also oversee junior staff and participate in business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical analyses and project reviews
• Provide project guidance in scheduling and documentation
• Mentor and support junior engineers in the field




• Develop proposals and client relationships
• Ensure project goals align with client expectations

Requirements:
• Civil or Geological Engineering degree required
• At least 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for site travel
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
