About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and target-driven Event Sales Executive to drive business for their event spaces and services in Kimberley . This role is responsible for identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for corporate events, weddings, and private functions. You will play a vital role in achieving revenue goals by showcasing the venue's unique offerings and tailoring packages to meet client needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the event industry, working within a hybrid model that combines field and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales leads for corporate events, banquets, and private functions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements Proven track record of success in sales , preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of event planning and venue operations.
Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable for this Kimberley role.
