Become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with SOURCES in Prince George and the surrounding area. This role requires travel to support communities while providing essential behavioral analysis services.

SOURCES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its Behavior Analyst and Consultation team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, and promoting positive behavior support. You will be required to possess a class 5 driver's license and either have BCBA certification or be actively pursuing it through an ABA course sequence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments in various environments
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Advocate for clients and maintain confidentiality
• Teach strategies to caregivers and clients
• Liaise with caregivers and service teams

Requirements:
• BCBA certification or actively pursuing it
• Two years' experience in behavior assessments
• Master's degree in a related field
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license
