As a Clinical Practice Consultant, you will play a critical role in the design and implementation of integrated clinical workflows under the Meditech Expanse initiative. Partnering with clinical and informatics leaders, you will drive improvements and ensure best practices are followed to enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise will support the overall advancement of care delivery at Fraser Health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Integrated Plan of Care (IPoC)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective change management




• Identify and address barriers to clinical implementation
• Provide leadership on training and education for peers
• Maximize resource utilization and governance compliance

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant health field
• Seven years of complex clinical management experience
• Five years in project development in healthcare
• BC Driver’s License for business travel
• Registration with a relevant college in BC
