Drive quality early childhood development programs as a Senior Health Educator with the Nipawin Area Early Years Family Resource Centre. This part-time position prioritizes trauma-informed and culturally relevant programming.
You will utilize your advanced communication skills and two or more years of experience in early childhood programming to forge partnerships with community stakeholders. By applying theoretical knowledge, you will guide program development and ensure effective service delivery for families and children in Nipawin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement community-based early childhood programs
• Partner with educational staff and community organizations
• Synthesize data to improve educational outcomes
• Apply trauma-informed practices in programming
• Foster cultural sensitivity in all community interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in programming
• Post-secondary education focused on early childhood development
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Robust presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
