Six Nations Council is recruiting a Psychosocial Spiritual Bereavement Clinician to join the Home & Community Care, Wellbeing team. You will conduct multi-systemic assessments across generations to understand grief within diverse cultural and spiritual contexts and will implement compassionate, informed approaches to support individuals and families.
You will provide psychoeducation to individuals, couples, families and groups as appropriate, coordinating with hospice and palliative care
