ReBounce Physio is a rehabilitation clinic that provides one-on-one physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and kinesiology services to support clients in returning to their pre-injury level of function. Role Description
The Physiotherapist will provide one-on-one, client-centered physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough physical assessments, developing personalized rehabilitation programs, implementing manual therapy and exercise-based treatments, and monitoring client progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating clients on injury prevention and self-management strategies, and collaborating with massage therapists and kinesiologists to optimize outcomes. This is an independent contractor role located in our brand new flagship clinic in Olympic Village.
Qualifications
Licensure and education: Registered or eligible for registration as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia; completed an accredited Physiotherapy degree program
Clinical expertise: Solid skills in orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program design.
Client care and communication: Ability to build rapport, deliver clear explanations of treatment plans, and provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care to diverse clients.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Comfortable working closely with massage therapists, kinesiologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment.
Professional skills: Solid clinical documentation abilities, time management, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Technology and administration: Competence with electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and basic clinic administration tasks as needed.
Additional assets: Experience in private practice or rehabilitation settings, familiarity with sports injuries, and willingness to participate in community outreach or client education initiatives.
