This full-time role is vital for leading the operations at the YMCA Child Care Centre in Kelowna, BC. You’ll provide direction to educators, maintain licensing compliance, and support the center's mission of building strong foundations for children. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily early learning programs and educator performance

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education and Infant Toddler certification needed
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
