Hi, Im Issa! My husband and I have twin boys, born March 2026. Were looking for casual help to assist one parent while the other works or sleeps after night shifts. Schedule rotates on an 8-day cycle, hours is around 9-5. Were a laid-back, baby-led, non-smoking, minimal gadget-use home. Our boys love walks, interactions, and floor play. They have eczema, so handwashing and keeping baby areas clean is significant. Good hygiene such as deodorant and clean clothes is also a must! We also have Athena, our gentle 11yo husky - shes great but is not allowed in the nursery or play pen. We both have ADHD, so the house can get cluttered. Were looking for someone flexible and non-judgmental. We're looking for someone with Infant experience, patient, interactive, honest, reliable, comfortable with pets.
