About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their manufacturing facility in Kimberley . This role is essential for ensuring that all FMCG products meet stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements throughout the production process. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement in quality management systems. This position offers a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our client's brands in the Northern Cape . Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.



Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and communicate quality standards to teams. Benefits
