They specialise in servicing sectors including government, healthcare, commercial, and industrial.Your New RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of a healthcare facility in Surrey, BC. You will manage operational staff, budgets, and building operations including maintenance, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. You will also oversee health and safety and ensure full compliance with the service agreement.



You will lead a team of seven Operations and Maintenance professionals, working with them to ensure the P3 contract is being serviced.What you’ll need to succeed10+ years experience managing a large facility – P3 experience is preferred.Experience overseeing a government portfolio / property is preferred.Experience being responsible for operational & capital budgets.Strong knowledge of building systems including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, refrigeration, and BAS (building automation systems).Exposure to soft facilities management.What you’ll get in returnSalary: up to $135,000 experience dependent.Discretionary bonus.4 weeks vacation.5% RRSP matching.Extended advantages.Education support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
