As part of Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team, you'll train clients on effective collaboration through SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. This involves designing role-based training, engaging diverse users, and aligning with change management efforts. Your role directly contributes to successful cloud migrations and efficient tech utilization at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtually • Facilitate train-the-trainer programs for client trainers • Ensure training materials are accurate and accessible • Collaborate with various project teams for alignment • Gather feedback to continuously enhance training resources

Requirements: • Experience in delivering client-focused technical training • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams • Comfortable with wide-ranging audience facilitation • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Willingness to work at client sites regularly
