Contribute to resident wellness as a Dietitian with Sienna Senior Living at Barnswallow Place in Elmira, ON. This independent contractor position centers on delivering exceptional nutritional care and education.

We’re looking for a compassionate Dietitian who will partner with our residents to enhance their quality of life through tailored nutritional strategies. In this proactive role, you'll develop individualized care plans and therapeutic menus, ensuring compliance with health regulations while supporting interdisciplinary efforts for optimal care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage therapeutic menus for resident needs
• Conduct nutritional assessments and create individualized care interventions
• Provide educational sessions for residents and family members




• Actively engage with teams to improve nutrition and hydration
• Ensure safety in nutrition care delivery

Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition from a recognized institution
• Membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia
• At least 2 years’ experience in Long Term Care settings
• Knowledge of health regulations regarding dietary care
• Experience in managing diverse nutrition challenges
