We are looking for someone with a passion for sports to joinour team as a Technical Representative to work with our Field sales representatives on the territory of BC for our team sports, ski and bike brands. This is a great chance for someone who wants to leverage their sports expertise in their carreer and grow within the sports industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Proudly represent the assigned Team Sport, Ski and Bike brands throughout British Columbia.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with retailers, brands, and their technical teams.




Provide expert technical support and after-sales service to customers, including product troubleshooting, setup, fitting, servicing, and warranty support.
Conduct product clinics, technical training, and staff education to ensure retail teams have a strong understanding of assigned products and technologies.
Support sales representatives and retailers with technical product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions to help drive sales.
Maintain a high level of product, technical, and industry knowledge across the Team Sport, Ski and Bike categories.
Stay current on new product technologies, industry trends, and competitive products, and communicate relevant information to the sales and marketing teams.
Assist with product launches, demonstrations, dealer events, and other initiatives designed to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute dealer training programs, product clinics, and technical initiatives throughout BC.
Provide feedback from retailers, technicians, and consumers to the appropriate internal teams to help improve products, service, and training resources.
Represent the assigned brands at trade shows, product launches, demo days, and regional events, including a minimum of 4 weekend events per year.
Travel throughout British Columbia as required to support dealers, conduct training, and represent the assigned brands.
