Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance for facilities
• Respond quickly to repair needs in resident areas
• Maintain safety standards by servicing fixtures and preparing units




• Manage external service provider contracts and procurement
• Lead maintenance staff and participate in Health & Safety initiatives

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a supervisory maintenance role
• Extensive building maintenance experience
• Trade certification or maintenance training preferred
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
