Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.
Qualifications Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience at a senior level.
Technical Skills: Strong hands‑on coding experience in major programming languages, with a deep, authoritative understanding of data structures, algorithms, microservices, and system design.
Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging complex, production‑level codebases.
Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
