Elevate student success as an Academic Skills Facilitator at the University of Regina. You'll engage in program delivery and personalized advising for undergraduates facing academic challenges.

In this full time role, you will facilitate the Academic Recovery Program and provide individual support for at-risk students. Focus on enhancing students' skills and monitoring their progress while leading engaging sessions. Collaboration with faculty and development of new programming is crucial to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the Academic Recovery and Arts Transition Programs
• Conduct personalized advising sessions for students
• Track and monitor student progress in programs




• Lead engaging weekly sessions to enhance learning
• Develop communication strategies to promote programs

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of enrolment management and retention strategies
• Experience working with diverse student backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and complex databases
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
