About the Role Our client, a reputable management consultancy, is seeking a diligent Management Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their practice in Kimberley . In this role, you will partner with clients to analyze their existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring that client organisations are agile and efficient. This position is suited for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimising business operations.
Key Responsibilities Map and analyze current business processes across various functions within client organisations.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement in existing workflows.
Design and document future-state processes incorporating best practices and lean methodologies.
Develop implementation plans for new processes and support change management efforts.
Utilize data analysis to measure process performance and demonstrate the impact of improvements.




Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of process changes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process improvement , operational consulting, or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
