You will coordinate in office services, assist with New Restaurant Openings, and provide tier 1 and 2 support for hardware and software issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining the technology that supports our mission for better food accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive maintenance visits to restaurants
• Troubleshoot tier 1 & 2 IT hardware and software issues




• Track and monitor asset status and replacements
• Support technology rollouts and upgrades
• Assist with IT systems at new restaurant openings

Requirements:
• A.A. in Computer Science or equivalent education
• Over 2 years of IT support experience
• Familiarity with multi-unit restaurant technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• ITIL, A+, CCNA certifications preferred
