What if your clinical trial expertise could directly shape how AI understands and supports the future of healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and help inform the AI systems being built around them.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track. Bring your project management expertise to a unique intersection of clinical research and cutting-edge AI development.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on schedule

Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of study operations

Identify risks early, resolve operational issues, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the full trial lifecycle





Apply your real-world clinical expertise to inform and evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical research

Who You Are

Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and milestones

Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners

Skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping complex, multi-site studies running smoothly

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

A transparent communicator who can translate operational complexity into structured, actionable insight

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools or digital health platforms

Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or study phases

Experience with regulatory submissions or ICH-GCP compliance frameworks
