Join John Crane as a CNC Machinist and contribute to precision manufacturing solutions. This role focuses on operating CNC machines and ensuring product quality.
In this position, you will set up and run CNC Mills and Turning Centers while meticulously interpreting engineering drawings to maintain high production standards. With a commitment to safety and quality, you will also perform machine maintenance and assist in training new operators. Your role will directly support John Crane's mission to deliver reliable flow control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and run CNC milling and turning machines
• Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications
• Maintain machine cleanliness and operational order
• Report maintenance needs to supervisors
• Train new CNC setup operators
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma and 2 years technical training
• Over 5 years experience in CNC machining
• Skilled in blueprint interpretation and G-code
• Experience with Mazak and Haas is preferred
• Capable of quality assurance for produced components
