About the Role Our client is looking for a results-driven and client-focused Commercial Banking Manager to lead their team in Kimberley. This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional banking services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing credit risk, and building strong, long-term relationships with businesses in the region. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients, structuring appropriate credit facilities.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on a range of banking products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.




Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for cross-selling.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or corporate relationship management.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and lending principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local business landscape in Kimberley is an advantage.
