This senior role is responsible for leading complex search assignments for niche engineering disciplines, managing key client accounts, and contributing to the strategic direction of the technical recruitment practice. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and sophisticated search methodologies to attract and secure top-tier engineering talent. Key Responsibilities Lead complex recruitment projects for specialized engineering roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical).
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with engineering leaders and hiring managers.
Implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering talent globally.
Provide expert market intelligence and consultative advice on engineering talent acquisition trends.




Mentor and guide other recruitment consultants working on technical assignments.
Drive business development efforts to expand the consultancy's footprint in the engineering sector.
Requirements Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on Technical and Engineering recruitment.
Demonstrated success in placing candidates in senior engineering and technical management positions.
Deep understanding of various engineering disciplines, skill sets, and industry requirements.
Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
Exceptional search, negotiation, and communication skills.
