About the Opportunity
Falcon Wealth is in a phase of significant growth, with a clear path from $2B to $5B+ in AUM within the next few years. To support this expansion and strengthen our infrastructure, we are seeking a Business Operations Executive with deep experience in RIA space, particularly with fee-based or fee-only advisory models. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for optimizing the operational backbone of the firm, enhancing team effectiveness, and ensuring Falcon’s systems and processes scale seamlessly with its vision. The right candidate will bring proven experience in executive operations leadership, a solid strategic mindset, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and oversight across all business operations

Build and refine scalable operational processes, workflows, and support structures

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams

Design and implement effective training programs firm-wide

Utilize data and reporting tools to evaluate performance and drive improvement

Collaborate closely with the C-suite to align operational execution with strategic objectives

Ensure systems,



technologies, and procedures support both client service and internal efficiency

Support compliance alignment and ensure operational risk is effectively managed

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of senior operations, preferably executive leadership experience within a fee-based or fee-only RIA

Direct experience contributing to a firm’s growth from $1B to $5B+ in AUM

A deep understanding of RIA operations, reporting, technology, and support models

Proven ability to scale teams and processes in a complex, client-focused environment

Strong analytical capabilities and a process-oriented approach to solving problems

A hands-on, proactive leadership style paired with strong strategic thinking

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
