As an Assistant Head Nurse, you will take responsibility for staff assignments and patient flow while acting as a mentor and clinical advocate for nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Govern staff assignments and manage patient flow
• Provide frontline nursing care and support as needed
• Lead nursing staff in operational best practices




• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for quality care
• Advocate for patient-centered approaches and care standards

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program
• Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• BCLS certification as Health Care Provider
• At least 2 years' experience in Continuing Care
• Preferred degree in Nursing and Connect care training
