At RSM, we are searching for a Senior Associate to join our Assurance team focused on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications. This role will require proficiency in risk assessment, audit methodologies, and exceptional client service. You will work closely with diverse TMT clients, delivering audits that address complex business issues and focus on growth-oriented companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality client service on financial audits
• Design and communicate audit procedures effectively
• Manage multiple engagement teams and evaluate performance




• Maintain client relationships and assess business impacts
• Develop staff through industry training and mentorship

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Active CPA license or in progress
• 2–3 years of assurance experience in public accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and auditing tools
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
