Join Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia as a Primary Care Practice Success Consultant. This remote role focuses on enhancing nursing practices in team-oriented, team-based primary care settings.

As part of the Nurse Practice Success Team, you will oversee the Nursing Initiatives for Primary Care program. Your expertise will guide Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in delivering high-quality patient care. Your role includes clinical support, mentorship, and resource development to enhance nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support to RNs and LPNs in primary care
• Deliver individualized mentorship and clinical consultation
• Assist in care coordination and chronic disease management




• Identify practice gaps and develop solutions collaboratively
• Foster relationships with health system partners and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing; master’s preferred
• Active RN registration with BCCNM
• 4-6 years’ experience in primary care nursing
• Training in cultural safety and anti-racism
• Strong communication skills and evidence of team-based care
