Key Responsibilities:
• Manage asset performance tracking against business plans
• Oversee tenant acquisition, including credit checks and proposals
• Conduct site inspections and manage unit turnovers




• Support deal sourcing and underwriting for acquisitions
• Build and own lease-up plans for current multiplexes

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in private equity or real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
• Knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience managing third-party property managers
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and vehicle access
