We are hiring a contractor to assist in managing the company's accounts receivables. Job Description: - Collect Purchase Orders from customers - Invoice customers on a daily basis - Follow up on overdue invoices and pending POs - Work between various softwares and systems to efficiently streamline accounts receivable and inbound payments - Communicate with customers to organize payments in order to encourage faster payment processing Job Requirements: - Familiarity with Stripe, Quickbooks Online, Notion - Extremely high attention to detail - High level of agency Compensation: $40/hour Estimated hours/weekly: 20-25 If you are interested in this position, please email us at with your cover letter, resume, and a brief message describing why you are a good fit for this role.
