About the Role Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives in Kimberley . This role is focused on driving organizational change, implementing new strategies, and improving operational efficiencies across various departments. You will manage projects from conception through to successful implementation, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong change management skills and a comprehensive understanding of business process improvement methodologies, contributing to the development of the Northern Cape .
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic business transformation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of current processes, systems, and organizational structures.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues,



developing proactive mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report outcomes to senior management.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong emphasis on business transformation or organizational change.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or change management certification is preferred.
Proven experience managing complex change initiatives and driving business process improvements.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
