This senior role entails overseeing a team of managers, engineers, and specialists in our Canadian Resilience group. You will ensure the growth of the environmental radiation, science, and engineering practice, guiding projects from mining through waste management and recent reactor applications. Mentoring younger professionals and directly interfacing with key clients throughout Canada will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams
• Spearhead strategic pursuits and enhance delivery methods




• Manage financials and program controls effectively
• Optimize project resources and drive service delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in relevant science or engineering field
• Experience with industrial or First Nations projects
• Program Management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Technical expertise in radiation facilities
