Your goal will be to develop coaching relationships with project leaders, guiding them to achieve stellar safety standards and integrate industry-leading practices into their operations. A strong emphasis will also be on evaluating and advancing safety culture through effective communication strategies and training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop coaching relationships focused on safety culture
• Lead by demonstrating positive safety behaviors




• Implement HS&E; plans and objectives
• Evaluate performance measures and coach staff
• Conduct safety audits and develop corrective action plans

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety required
• Minimum three years in HSE management
• Proficient understanding of health and safety legislation
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
