You'll contribute to a team of experienced professionals and ensure the timely communication and reporting with clients throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Partner for case progression
• Maintain regular communication with clients on developments
• Draft pleadings, motions, and mediation briefs
• Attend mediations and tribunal proceedings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law school
• 2-3 years of insurance defense experience
• Membership in good standing with the LSO
• Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
