The Clinical Manager position oversees healthcare delivery in the Student Affairs department, managing a dedicated team to ensure high standards of patient care. You will coordinate clinical operations, implement quality improvements, and uphold healthcare regulations while enhancing student experiences. This multifaceted role requires both administrative acumen and clinical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily clinical operations within the Health and Wellness Centre
• Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and clinical staff performance




• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate student care activities and follow-up procedures
• Develop and implement practices to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and valid Ontario registration
• Five years of experience in primary health care
• Three years of management experience in health settings
• Bilingualism in French and English at a high level
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
