Key Responsibilities:
• Build positive relationships with non-profit partners
• Ensure timely responses to partner app inquiries
• Coordinate compliance audits and maintain accurate records




• Handle operational inquiries through calls and emails
• Support outreach initiatives and operational projects

Requirements:
• Experience in client-facing or compliance roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems
