In your role as Facility Custodian, you will support RainCity Housing's mission to provide homes for everyone by maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Key tasks include basic maintenance and assisting in room preparation for recent tenants. Your participation ensures a welcoming atmosphere while you engage with tenants and staff under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building interiors and exteriors
• Address maintenance issues and conduct repairs
• Prepare rooms for new tenants,



ensuring readiness
• Monitor and secure premises regularly
• Work with staff to address community needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12) required
• First Aid and Building Service Worker Certificates essential
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Physical capacity to perform custodial duties
