In this full-time role, you'll oversee a vibrant activities program designed to meet the unique cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of our residents. Your responsibilities include organizing monthly events like gardening, crafts, and outings, while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to adapt programs based on resident feedback and preferences, maintaining high quality and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement diverse activities promoting resident interaction
• Facilitate special events and outings, enhancing life quality




• Document participant engagement and adapt programs accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety and legislative standards
• Organize storage and maintenance of activity supplies
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or relevant experience with seniors
• Valid Class 4 driver's license and driver's abstract
• Current First Aid and WHMIS certifications required
• Enthusiastic, energetic demeanor with excellent communication
• Solid organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks
