Lead FNHA's Ability Management initiatives, enhancing wellness and recovery for First Nations communities in a hybrid work setting. Elevate employee health outcomes through effective program delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
As the Program Lead, you will report to the Director of HR Advisory Services. This role involves overseeing FNHA's (dis)Ability Management Program, ensuring positive health and occupational outcomes for employees. You will work closely with HR teams and external providers to optimize recovery-at-work strategies and other management services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement disability management policies
• Assess and improve Ability Management program effectiveness
• Facilitate collaboration between employees and health services
• Promote a culture of wellness within the organization
• Oversee pressing case management activities
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field or equivalent
• 5-7 years in disability management and claims handling
• Two years HR Management experience
• Background in occupational health preferred
• Knowledge of health legislative frameworks
