As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of small to mid-complexity projects for Minnesota Department of Health. This includes planning, scheduling, and documenting project phases while coordinating cross-functional teams. You will assist in managing the project portfolio, ensuring that best practices and organizational standards are followed throughout every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage small and routine IT projects from initiation to closure
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and quality control
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders for project needs
• Support the Project Management Office in status reporting and project intake
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions
