Key Responsibilities:
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion
• Own Supply Chain components of Recent Product Introduction (NPI)
• Track and report Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) issues




• Facilitate OKR coordination and quarterly goal-setting
• Produce executive-ready dashboards for project status updates

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of program or project management experience
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience managing NPI in a hardware environment
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
• High comfort with ambiguity and modern tools
