• Supervise daily operations and allocate work for operators
• Maintain and monitor branch safety programs and documents
• Optimize waste processing and track performance KPIs

• Conduct site visits and support customer quoting processes

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Environmental Science or related field
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role
• Experience in waste management and industrial services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
