Agnico Eagle is seeking a Metallurgical Co-op Student for an 8-12 month contract based at Detour Lake Mine. You will work closely with the metallurgy team and assist in various functions to enhance process plant performance. This role provides a unique opportunity for students in the Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering fields to develop essential skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze plant data and assist with recordkeeping
• Support metallurgical technicians with testing and analysis




• Engage in plant sampling, surveys, and research
• Promote health, safety, and environmental culture

Requirements:
• Enrolled in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
• Availability for 8 to 16 month placement
• Experience at a remote work site is an asset
• Proficient in Excel and basic software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
