Our client is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Coordinator with extensive experience in large-scale civil projects, especially tunneling or marine construction. You will act as a field safety leader, providing critical hands-on support to construction teams and subcontractors. Your expertise in safety standards and regulatory compliance will be pivotal to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-field Health & Safety support to teams
• Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments
• Review work plans and join project safety meetings




• Manage subcontractor compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field
• 5–8+ years in Health & Safety roles in construction
• Experience with tunneling or marine projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
