Advance drug research as a Pharmacology Research Scientist in Kimberley with our innovative client. This hybrid role combines hands-on lab work with remote data analysis and reporting.

Our client is looking for a Ph.D.-level Research Scientist to lead pre-clinical pharmacology studies. With a minimum of 4 years of industry experience, you will conduct in vivo and in vitro experiments, analyze drug profiles, and collaborate with scientists in a state-of-the-art facility. Your insights will contribute significantly to drug development and therapeutic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute pharmacology studies to evaluate drug candidates
• Develop assays for drug target engagement and efficacy
• Analyze dose-response, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics data




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lead optimization
• Prepare scientific publications and grant proposals

Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology or related field
• 4+ years relevant research experience in pharmaceuticals
• Solid understanding of drug discovery processes
• Hands-on experience with pharmacological assays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
