JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Compliance Analyst to monitor and remediate identified vulnerabilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Location:
Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)

Duration:
4 months

Typical Day in role:

Compliance and Risk Management accountabilities include but are not limited to…

Monitor Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) services to ensure maximum availability and compliance

Monitor the Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) dashboard to review Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) for mobile OS and app vulnerabilities, and action if/as required

Initiate vulnerability risk Findings as required

Monitor the myMobility Compliance Dashboard to review enrollment and policy errors, and take action if/as required

Be aware of and manage identified non-compliance and vulnerability-related incident trends and problemsMaintain updated procedure documentation, and engage in updating mobile device compliance and vulnerability knowledge articles

Maintain an audit readiness environment

Provide recommendations for process improvements. Research and recommend “best practices” that would improve individual or team productivity

Participate in team performance goals, and promote the concept of team building through daily interactions and team engagements

Must-Have Skills:

Experience deploying and managing devices via a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)



solution

Proficiency or good understanding of the device enrollment process in a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution - Android, iOS, and MacOS

Experience optimizing configurations and maintaining compliance standards across devices

Enthusiasm, an aptitude for learning, attention to detail, and the willingness to make a difference

Ability to take personal initiative (e.g. suggest, propose or devise new ideas and approaches)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

An understanding of Windows server operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID, wireless networks and network security

Soft Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, research, and analytical skills

Ability to work well within and across teams

Ability to identify and discuss technical issues

Ability to take personal initiative
