In this position, you will support the execution of various hockey tournaments at the Bell Sensplex and its sister facilities. By ensuring operational excellence and participant satisfaction, you'll help achieve the organization’s goals and enhance the Sensplex brand experience. Weekend and holiday availability is essential as you engage with various stakeholders during events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute diverse hockey tournaments effectively
• Train and mentor tournament staff and volunteers
• Maintain professional communication with all tournament participants
• Oversee schedules,



documentation, and event execution
• Analyze feedback to identify improvement areas

Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills in a tournament setting
• Experience with hockey event planning and execution
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and adaptable availability required
